We are delivering a $14.1 million investment for Hillarys Boat Harbour, including the revitalisation of the old Great Escape site with a Youth Plaza!

Planning for a significant renewal of the harbour is underway, guided by the Hillarys Boat Harbour Activation Masterplan, however an interim activation is needed to address current issues experienced within the Harbour now.

This interim activation may include parkour and fitness equipment, basketball court, skate areas and climbing wall.

As part of this commitment, we are also delivering a signalised pedestrian crossing on Whitfords Avenue, an accessible fishing platform, a family change pavilion and universal access toilet and a service installation for local events.

These activation upgrades are necessary to create a positive social environment, curb anti-social behaviour, provide safer accessibility, stimulate the local economy and make it vibrant for young people and families to enjoy.
